The Light Room is built around the idea that the environment we enter can influence how we feel within it. Light, color, sound, warmth, and touch all become part of the experience creating a space where you can soften, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself.
When you book, I’ll ask you one simple question:
What color does your mood feel like today?
There’s no right or wrong answer.
Choose the color you feel drawn to in that moment.
When you arrive, The Light Room will be illuminated in that color, allowing the space to reflect where you are emotionally and energetically that day. Your chosen light becomes part of the atmosphere surrounding your session and part of the intention you bring to the table.
My hope is that what happens here extends beyond relieving tension in the body. That somewhere between the light, the stillness, the music, and the work on the table, there is an opportunity for something else to shift too.
